The Journeys in Print publishing process is simplified by using existing platforms for conversion of the finished manuscript into print.

Amazon KDP is used as the publishing platform.  This venue is Print-0n-Demand (POD).

An author page is setup for the author to purchase books. Books are listed on Amazon for sale and distribution.

Essentially, Journeys in Print does for you as an author, what you could do for yourself, but either cannot or do not desire to do for yourself; that is, publishing directly with Amazon  by doing the publishing process yourself. 

Mission Statement – So, why does Journeys in Print exist? The company is owned and operated by an author who desires to come alongside and assist other authors with the painstaking process of publishing a book. Although it is possible for you to publish your book for free with Amazon KDP, the actual work is detailed, complex, and cumbersome. Many authors just want their book in print but are completely daunted by the task of self-publishing. Journeys in Print helps authors realize their dream of a published book. 

Company policies – Journeys in Print accepts unsolicited manuscripts. Your manuscript must be in finished condition and should have all final edits performed by the author. Email your manuscript to journeysinprint2009@gmail.com as a Word .docx file. Your manuscript will be reviewed. If accepted, a contract will be sent to you for your review and approval. Once the contract is signed and returned to Journeys in Print, then the publishing work can begin. A down payment of $500 is required with the signed contract. The balance of payments are due as the services and process steps are completed.

Executive profile – Carol Sauceda is a published author in books and magazines. She has self-published several of her own books. She founded Journeys in Print as a woman owned business and she performs all services. She desires to help authors make their dream of a published book come true.
